I still haven't gotten the e-mail saying that it's been shipped. Have the people that have received the EP order the package with the shirt or just the EP?

On a semi-related note: Project 86's new record was due out the same day as the EP, and they as well are having issues with pre-orders. From their myspace:
So it appears to be somewhat widespread. Hopefully all Stavesacre orders have gone out as well!

i ordered the package but i'm not one of the fans that received theirs so.....it's been about 7 days since the email came and i'm still looking in the mail box every day. if it takes a few weeks to get here so be it. i know it will be worth the wait!

I got around to e-mailing Zambooie about it and they said that my order was mailed out on the 13th. Guess it's time to blame the post office for the delay.
Since I'm not a patient person, would anyone be willing to share a digital copy so I can enjoy the album while I wait for the CD/DVD/T-shirt combo to arrive?

Oh come on, you'd want to ruin the first unpacking and first listen in your car stereo experience? =D

Got my copy today. I liked the EP the first time I heard it. I liked it even more the second time!

Got mine today. Listening to it a bit at work. I'm really loving the last song, The Band Played On. Gonna go out on a limb and say it's my favorite Stavesacre song since Speakeasy, with the notable exception of Blind Hope. I don't even know what it's about but it nearly brought a tear to me eye.

Mine came today and I love the sound... takes me back to the first time I heard Friction. Love the "friction-esc" artwork as a nod to the early days too. Thanks for the music fellas! Will get around to posting a longer review later.

Will get around to posting a longer review later. Like I said before, this sounds like it could have been an EP between "Friction" and "Absolutes". It really is fantastic. It's got that venomous hope that pervades "Friction". I'm loving this EP.

Sweet, got the package today with an autographed EP. The EP is solid and I'm looking forward to checking out the DVD sometime soon.

i still haven't gotten my physical EP, but thanks to someone helping me out, i have been listening to the songs a ton. i think this is the band's best work since absolutes and friction, and i agree it sounds like the EP could have been released between these two albums.

Funny - I got mine exactly 2 weeks ago today - and it wasn't autographed, lol.

It took me a week to get it and I pre-ordered it also. I was starting to get worried.
To put it simply: This cd rocks hard. I agree with the friction/absolutes comparisons. One word comes to mind: energy. And I think that's why people are reminded of friction and absolutes (and I'll throw speakeasy in there too).
It's bittersweet to listen to. You want the cd to last for at least 5 more songs.

After a few weeks of listening (and pretty much everyday) I have to say that this release is near their best! It's Stavesacre in a muscle car with the pedal down. I love how it doesn't let up. I don't know if there are 5 better songs all in a row anywhere else in their catalogue. I love the energy and the passion. If this is it, than thank-you so much! I agree with an above post about how this EP makes you want to hear more. Take your time Stavesacre, but please continue to do what you do.
