So I waited long and hard and finally got to pick up Frances the Mute today. I'm half way through the last track right now, which is over half an hour long.
My word, people. My. Word.
So does anyone else listen to them? I can imagine, liking someone as musically insteresting as Stavesacre, that we'd all appreciate this stuff, but what are your thoughts?

I've been meaning to pick up Deloused at the Comatorium, but I haven't had money lately. Is Frances the Mute a new album?
I've really only heard little pieces of their work, but it sounded fascinating.

i like their first one. it took me a while to get into it because i was expecting it to be more like at the drive in. i dont pop it in to listen to that much, but it makes really good background music.

Yeah, Frances the mute came out today. It's crazy. Like...woah crazy. Deloused took me a long time to get into too, pretty much just one song at a time. And there's still one or two I never got into...Frances the Mute only has 5 songs, but somehow it's 77 minutes long. Talk about epics.

I hope you all know that you can/could have gotten it at Target for 6.86. As my aunt would say "a good deal and a good deal more" (i dont know where she came up with that one)

Yeah it's super-super cheap! I think the stores think that because it only has 5 songs on it's not worth charging full price for or something.
But it's worth it.
