So tonight, I went to McDonald's to eat, and as I was waiting on my food to arrive. I was looking at the massive delicious cookies that was inside the display case. As I took a closer look, I noticed their was fruit flies inside the cookie case for all to see. A few on the inside case and one that was busy flying around inside. (The flies looked pretty content I must say.) So is it just me, or am I the only one who finds this completely gross?

Ever had a garden? Fruit flies show up in droves when it's tomato season and you've got any on the counter. Pretty natural phenomenon. Not that they enhance the eating experience at McD's or anything.
If you find fruit flies hanging around your cookies unnerving, you daren't ask where the meat came from, or if some pissed-off employee likes to add his own 'special cauce' to the Big Macs.
